Bungalow's principal led the acquisition and entitlement of a waterfront parcel on Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA. The site was subsequently developed by Procopio Companies as The Paragon, a 180,000 SF mixed-use development featuring 132 market-rate residences, ground-floor retail, and a boardwalk-style outdoor deck overlooking the water.
